Kevin Straw
Cheif Executive Officer
Kevin leads Healm’s strategic direction and ensures the business operates with focus and alignment. His expertise spans financial strategy, investment structuring, and commercial governance. With a background in infrastructure and energy, Kevin plays a key role in guiding decision making, managing risk, and ensuring partnerships are built on strong commercial foundations. His leadership brings consistency and discipline across the business, supporting sustainable growth and long term performance.
Craig Straw
Chief Development Officer
Craig is responsible for driving Healm’s sales growth and project delivery strategy. His experience covers residential, commercial, and utility scale renewable energy, giving him practical insight into the full project lifecycle. With a background in business development, energy infrastructure, and information technology, Craig ensures market engagement aligns with execution. His focus is on moving projects forward with consistency and clear direction.
Kevin Parker
Chief Technical Officer
Kevin oversees the technical delivery of Healm’s projects, drawing on his background in electrical engineering and configuration management across the defence and IT sectors. He is responsible for system design, engineering standards, and network integration across commercial and utility scale projects. With over 17 years as Director of Track Energy, a solar and battery installation business, Kevin adds practical depth and hands on experience to Healm’s technical capability.
