REaaS is a model where Healm funds, installs, and operates solar and battery systems at no upfront cost. Customers only pay for the electricity consumed, usually at a discount of around 25% compared to grid supply.
What is a Virtual Power Plant (VPP)?
A VPP connects battery systems through a central smart platform, charging or discharging in response to market signals. This supports grid stability while generating revenue streams for asset owners.
How does progressive planning development reduce risk?
Healm advances projects through structured phases including land identification, feasibility, pre lodgement, approvals, EPC, and operation. Each stage acts as a checkpoint, ensuring only bankable projects progress and reducing investor exposure.
