What is Renewable Energy-as-a-Service?
With no financial investment required, Healm Energy provides the installation of an optmised Renewable Energy System onto an industrial and commercial premises and supplies the electricity it generates directly to the occupiers of the buildings.
As renewable energy is cheaper to produce than fossil fuel power, the energy generated is offered at a cheaper rate than the power currently supplied from the electricity grid.
Both the landlord and tenants financially benefit from the available savings and the consumer of the renewable energy generated significantly reduces their carbon footprint assisting them achieve their ESG goals.
In the case of a multi-tenancy building such as a shopping centre, Healm Energy bills each business individually for the renewable energy they consume.

Solar Carpark
Your buildings are not the only source of income for commercial landlords. Solar carparks are a great way to generate revenue and provide infrastructure for Electric Vehicle charging while protecting the customers and staff cars from the sun, rain and hail.
With no capital investment, Healm offer the installation of a Solar Carpark as part of the Power Purchasr Agreement.
EV Charging
The Solar Carpark provides the ideal infrastructure to install EV charging stations for use by the company’s staff or if installed within a shopping centre by the centre’s customers.
Your staff may charge their EV at work and benefit from great EV charging rates supplied directly by Healm Energy from the installed solar
Digital Signage
Healm Energy supplies digital signage within premise that displays the volume of renewable electricity generated on site.
The information displayed shows a number of comparisons such as the equivalent number of trees it took to capture the CO2 emitted prior to installation.

What are Distributed Energy Resouces (DER’s)?
Distributed Energy Resources (DER) is the name given to renewable energy systems that are commonly located at houses or businesses to provide them with power. They are changing the way Australia produces and manages electricity. Rather than electricity being generated by big, centralised power stations, it is now starting to come from many places including millions of homes and businesses.
Common examples of DER’s include rooftop solar, battery storage, electric vehicles and chargers, smart meters, and demand response management technologies.

Instatnces where the property is owned by a commercial landlord and the occupiers are leasing the premise, savings made from the supply of renewable energy may be shared with the tenants, or the landlord may wish to receive the saving as a revenue stream or perhaps a bit of both.

Owner occupiers purchase the renewable energy they consume from the installed Distributed Energy Resource at up to 25% less than they currently pay for the power they purchase from their electricity retailer. They will also receive the benefit of any power back-up provided during a grid outage.
