With no financial investment from the customer, Healm Energy will install a renewable energy system onto a commercial premises and sell the electricity the system generates directly to the occupier of the buildings.
Cheaper Cleaner Energy
Renewable Energy-as-a-Service
As renewable energy is cheaper to produce than fossil fuel power, Healm Energy can supply clean energy at a cheaper rate than the power supplied by the current electricity retailers.
We collect the data through our state-of-the-art metering and billing system to manage our customer’s usage. In the case of a multi-tenancy building such as a shopping centre, each business is billed individually for the renewable energy they consume.
There is no requirement for our customers to leave their existing retailer, our customer will be charged only for the renewable energy they consume from the system instead of the power they use from the grid.
The customer and Healm Energy enter into a Power Purchase Agreement being a contract covering all the terms and conditions of the installation of the system and the supply of electricity.
Property Owners
Financial Incentive For Landlords
Where the property is owned by a landlord and the occupier or occupiers that are leasing the premise, at the landlord’s discretion the savings made from the supply of renewable energy may be shared with the off-taker, or the landlord may wish to receive the saving as a revenue stream or a bit of both.
Business Owners
Financial Incentive For Owner Occupiers
Owner occupiers will purchase the renewable energy they consume from the renewable energy system at up to 25% less than they currently pay for the power they purchase from their retailer. They will also receive the benefit of any power back-up provided.
Digital Signage
Healm Energy offers the installation of digital signage within premise, that displays the volume of electricity generated on their site. The information displayed can show a number of comparisons such as the equivalent number of trees it took to capture the CO2 the premise would have emitted prior to installation.
Solar Carpark
In addition to a rooftop solar array, Healm Energy will offer a solar carpark structure. The solar carpark structure is managed under the one renewable energy system to be incorporated into the same Power Purchase Agreement.
EV Charging
A Solar Carpark provides the ideal infrastructure to install Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations. The EV charging stations is an option offered with the renewable energy system and managed under the same Power Purchase Agreement. The offtaker may allow use of the EV charging stations by company staff, or if installed within a shopping centre by the centre’s customers. The purchaser may choose to provide staff discount at onsite EV charging stations, or a shopping centre may offer free charging on low foot traffic days such as “free charge Tuesdays”.

The renewable energy system installed on the customer’s premise is funded by Healm Energy with no financial investment required of the customer.
