What is Renewable Energy-as-a-Service?
With no financial investment required of our customers, we install a renewable energy system onto a commercial property rooftop or carpark and provide the electricity it generates directly to the occupier of the premises at great clean energy rates.
The benefit of this can either be a significant discount to the cost of the electricity for the occupier of the premises, or we share the revenue it generates with the landlord if the premise is being leased, or perhaps a bit of both.
If you are the owner of the premises and wish to sell, the benefits of Renewable Energy-as-a-Service can be transferred to the new owner. This adds real value to the owner’s investment.
